I’m sure you’re here thinking “Oh I can’t bend like that” “Oh no I won’t be able to look sexy in that pose”. Well, I’ve got news for you, babe. I have FIVE amazingly easy poses for anyone. These poses look good for every body type and every mobility type. Any session with me, you’ll receive personalized coaching from your facial expressions to your feet so no worries there! But if you’d like to practice some at home, these are some great options.
Over the past few years, I have had clients from every way of life. Being partially disabled myself, it is always super important that I make every client feel their best and that means keeping them as comfortable as possible. I’ve learned a thing or two and I’ve learned what works and looks amazing! So let’s get to it!
In this pose, you’re going to VERY lightly drag your fingertips down your neck. Lift that chin HIGH TO THE SKY! It may feel weird but it gives off SUCH a great silhouette. Make sure your lips are parted slightly and eyes closed for the “O” face baby!
This one is SPICYYYYYY mama!!! You’re going to grab a nice (clean) sheet. While on a bed, kneel and grab the sheet with one hand up against your chest. It’s up to you how much you wanna show!!! Turn your chin slightly and BAM! Sultry goddess right there!
Now if you’re a booty lover like me, this is the pose for you! On a couch, chair whatever come up on your knees facing the back of the couch. From there, you’re going to shake that hair out! Lean your head back for some fun, wild action or simply push your butt out to really accentuate what you’ve got!
This a spin off of our first pose. Laying down make sure you fan your hair out if its long! Take one hand up in your hair and the other down your chest, lower than the first one. Use your hand to trace down your sternum. Lift that chin high, part those lips and close your eyes! It’s a stunner every time and is super easy on the joints. Bend your knees for a more depth.
Last but certainly not least. Get yourself a sports bra. While laying down, use your hands to “pull” your chest up using the bra straps. Regular bras/tanks work too! Lift that chin, part those lips, and close your eyes!
